Bee-lieve in Yourself

With graduations happening all over the city, I created a card to encourage any graduate!

For my background I used the Honeycomb Curve die on a panel of white cardstock. I then backed the panel with a honey colored panel.  I cut the Believe Loose Script die three times and stacked together to create a dimensional word. I also sponged a little Fossilized Amber to the bottom for more interest.

My little bees are from a blog hop Poppystamps had with Buttons Galore! The shanks, on the back of the buttons, are easily removed with wire snips.

The following video will show you just how this card went together!

I hope you enjoyed my card and tutorial, thanks for stopping by and I’ll see you next time!

Woven Circle Shaker Card

Hi everyone! Today, my inspiration is a shaker card using the Woven Circle Ring die by Poppystamps!  This die creates a fast and easy shaker card; I can see it being used for the holidays with just a change of sequin color and sentiment!

I used a sparkly gold paper from Tim Holtz to cut out my “Sparkly” word and then layered more die cuts to create a dimensional word!

Sequins, from Dress My Craft, were used to fill the shaker area! Love this mix of sparkle and shine! The following video will show you just how easy it was to create this card!

See, that was pretty easy, right? Sometimes the simple designs work the best!

Patriotic Card

I have a simple patriotic card to share with you today. I used scraps of cardstock to create my star strip, along with the Big and Little Star Border Layer dies from Poppystamps Spring Release!

My sentiment was made using Stitched Main Street Tags and Sending Love Stamp set.

The following video will show you how I made my card!

Be sure to check out Poppystamps Spring release here, lots of new dies and ideas! Thanks for stopping by today!

Sending Lots of Love!

Valentine’s Day is almost here, I hope you have all your cards ready to send or give! If not here’s a fun card to make using products from Poppystamps latest release!

The Petite Stitched Hearts were placed on to a postage stamp image I created using Open Studios Postage Square Layers and craft foam!

I created a pretty sentiment strip using a Stitched Heart Borders die,  added a dimensional Sending Script die cut and a stamped Lots of Love!

Here’s a video showing you how to make a simple stamped image from craft foam and almost any die you may have!
