ODBD Wishing…

Hi everyone and welcome to the mid-month reminder for Our Daily Bread Design’s! If you haven’t seen this release you really should stop by their shop and check it out; I love the “Wishing” die and coordinating Wishing Words stamp set!

For this card I created a top fold A2 card base and adhered a panel cut from the Heart and Soul Paper Collection. A sentiment, from the Wishing Words stamp set, was stamped onto black card stock with VersaMark ink and embossed with white embossing powder. The strip was then cut down and I added fishtails to each end. I cut the word Wishing from white card stock and adhered to the black strip.

I made a side panel with a strip of card stock that I covered with a vellum panel cut from the Quatrefoil Pattern die. I then spritzed the panel with a homemade perfect pearls spray. The panel was then wrapped with silver cord. The flower and leaves are from the Asters and Leaves die set. I added a silver cord bow to the panel, then my flower and added the leaves last. The panel was added to the card base with foam tape. I added my sentiment to the card using tiny snips of foam tape and small rhinestones for the dots on the i’s.

Be sure to stop by the ODBD blog for more ideas and inspiration using this collection!

Thanks for stopping by!
